Life is full of unknowns and helplessness; no one can predict what the next moment holds—perhaps the collapse of a world, or the end of a life. I never wish for my life to be meaningless, nor do I want to live merely to survive. As Pavel said, "The most precious thing a person has is life." Life happens only once, so we should live it in such a way that when we look back, we feel no regret for wasting our years, nor shame for being mediocre.
Life is so tiny and fragile. Therefore, I want to do things in this limited life that leave me with no regrets. I want to bloom like a rose in my own life—no matter how weak, no matter how dark the corner, and no matter whether anyone notices my existence, in this moment, I will be proud of the splendor of my own blooming.
I deeply love the book *How the Steel Was Tempered*, and I admire Pavel Korchagin—the man who spent his entire life fulfilling his convictions. His life was full of twists and turns; facing unimaginable hardships, he relied on his steadfast faith to show us a brilliant and magnificent life. As he said, he also experienced the pain of abandonment and betrayal in his life, but something saved him: his life was always purposeful and meaningful.
