All joys and sorrows eventually become past events. In the ups and downs and bustle of life, do not forget sincerity and conscience. No matter how poor or discouraged you are, always maintain a heart of sincerity and treat others with honesty. No matter how wealthy or successful, never lose your conscience. Not all devotion leads to a perfect ending, and not all encounters turn into beautiful scenery.
Some people are never met, and when the opportunity arises, hesitation sets in; some things are never done, and when the chance comes, the desire has faded; some words are kept in the heart for so long that they become unspoken when the moment arrives; some love is missed, and when the chance returns, the feelings have already vanished.
Do not burden a young soul with unnecessary weight. Superficial maturity and seriousness do not make one a philosopher; without friends, one is left only with a lonely shadow. If one cannot yet be profound, one should strive to be relaxed. Those with sorrowful faces cannot hear the sound of blooming flowers, and those who wear masks cannot sense the excitement in the chirping of frogs.
There is no shortage of clever and talented people in the world, but those who fail to cultivate their virtue or expand their achievements often waste their lives due to procrastination. The signs of good and bad fortune arise in the mind and manifest in the body; those who are overly excessive in virtue often receive blessings, while those who are too deficient often invite misfortune. Sincerity aligns with heaven. When blessings are coming, one can know by observing goodness; when misfortune is coming, one can know by observing misconduct.
Managers should not complain about low employee execution, as it often relates to the managers themselves. It could be due to poor recruitment, insufficient training, inadequate performance metrics, unclear objectives, micromanagement, or doing everything themselves. What other reason could there be?
