Life is a long journey; avoid pushing too hard. Do not mistake life's marathon for a hundred-meter sprint. Use only eighty percent of your energy, and save the remaining twenty percent for maintaining your health and enjoying life. Similarly, loving someone too intensely can exhaust both you and them, making a perfect union difficult. Love with eighty percent passion, and reserve the remaining two parts for yourself.
We should be skilled at finding the sunny side of life. There are many positive and good aspects to existence, yet many people overlook them, focusing only on their misfortunes while ignoring their happiness, magnifying the happiness of others while diminishing their own.
When you can perceive all things in the universe as mere illusions or bubbles, you will never again feel pain or bondage.
Rather than dwelling on what you cannot obtain, it is better to be grateful for what you already have.
The pace of life is often too rushed, so we must learn to stop and watch the clouds, sit and admire the flowers, calm down like the ocean, and settle into tranquil observation. When the mind is calm and still, all things reflect themselves naturally; when the soul reaches ultimate stillness, a single moment becomes eternity.
A life without love is like a wasteland. Giving roses leaves fragrance on your own hands; learning to love others is essentially learning to love oneself. Let love be like the afternoon sun, warming everyone's heart.
When I am homeless and have nowhere to go, when all paths are closed, my friend, where are you?
As long as you are well, that is all that matters to me.
People are always busy trying to become something, striving for this and that, but they often forget to simply be themselves.
