Work can be divided into four realms: First is subsistence, where work is used to meet basic survival needs, which is the fundamental stage. Second is a career, where work evolves into a pursuit of spiritual fulfillment and a sense of achievement once survival is no longer a concern. Third is joy, where one finds genuine pleasure and happiness in their work. Finally, there is self-transcendence, a state where one becomes so deeply integrated with their work that it becomes an inseparable part of life itself.
