Social interaction is an emotional connection built between people. Regardless of the type, social activity is an indispensable part of society. Therefore, one should strive to leave a good first impression during a first encounter to enhance one's overall image.

Do not gossip about colleagues in front of others, as you are all in the same boat. Do not disparage colleagues in front of your superiors, as they are often wiser than you think. Do not express dissatisfaction with your boss to your coworkers, as this is often a moment when your loyalty is being evaluated. Do not complain about your direct supervisor to higher management, because their professional interests are far more closely linked than yours.

There was a time when I feared growing up, longing to stay forever in my parents' embrace. Yet, once grown, I found endless troubles. I once thought the world was beautiful, but reality proved otherwise. Many ambitions were crushed by the harshness of life. There were times of deep emotional pain with no one to turn to. I once believed university would be a fresh start, but I was wrong. Life has brought so many unexpected turns and frustrations.

Anger is punishing yourself for someone else's mistake; worry is torturing yourself over your own faults; regret is destroying yourself with unavoidable past events; anxiety is frightening yourself with imaginary risks; loneliness is imprisoning yourself in a self-made cell. Flying is best done against the wind; I do not fear being blocked by thousands, only that I might surrender. Tears exist to prove that sadness is not an illusion.
