Because the wind was lonely too. Later, the wind returned to the sky, longing day and night for the chance to soar and play together with the sand and the leaves once again. It did not know when the sky would allow them to meet again, so it prayed every day, hoping the sky would grant its wish, because it was truly too lonely. After a very long time, one day, the sky finally answered and brought a rainfall.
After the rain, the wind returned to the beach. It found the sand and invited it to play. They began reminiscing about the past. However, after some time, the sand still refused the wind's invitation. The wind became angry because it did not understand the sand's difficulties or the sadness hidden within it. In the end, it could only leave helplessly.
Because it had once experienced happiness, it had also experienced sorrow. Perhaps it was destined to love separation more than reunion. After leaving, the wind went to search for the leaves, only to find countless unfamiliar faces before it. The leaves had already turned into ashes and disappeared forever, but the wind had never known.
After asking around, the wind left in disappointment. It finally understood that after losing the happiness it once had, only sadness remained. It also forgave the sand. From then on, they never met again.
A dark arc crossed the sky, like a person silently crying while passing by quickly. It turned out that everything would eventually leave us with time. The good and the bad would both become memories. But in this world, at least the traces left by it, her, or him still remain, and that is enough. Because they once knew each other, they once shared happiness; because they once shared happiness, they also experienced sadness.
The wind returned to its own sky, often looking down at the earth, hoping they could experience those happy moments once again. However, it was something that could never happen again.
