People with inner richness are the ones who truly possess happiness. A person's sense of happiness does not come only from material abundance, but from a fulfilled and enriched heart. Of course, if one can have both a comfortable life and inner fulfillment, it is like holding the world in one hand and beauty in the other, becoming one of the happiest people in life.
At least once in a lifetime, one should forget oneself for someone. Without seeking an outcome, without asking for a journey together, without demanding that the past be possessed forever, and even without requiring love in return, it is enough to meet that person during the most beautiful years of life.
Unfortunate experiences can broaden one's understanding, improve one's character, and strengthen one's will. They help young people take responsibility for life while learning how to appreciate it. Such growth cannot be fully achieved through education in a privileged environment.
I do not like the happiness described by “两情若是久长时,又岂在朝朝暮暮”, which sounds free and detached but cannot be held in one's hands. I do not like endless farewells between one pavilion and another, leaving two people separated by distance and only memories of longing behind.
Only those strong enough to pay a great price in the face of difficulties and setbacks have the chance to stand at their own peak and enjoy the bright sunshine. To achieve success, one must first believe that success is possible. When the lessons brought by every “failure” are truly understood, each failure becomes a step toward growth.
In the pursuit of life goals, do not set your targets too high at the very beginning. In fact, the smaller, clearer, and more focused the goal is, the easier it is to approach. The larger and broader the goal becomes, the easier it is to lose direction.
A person needs depth, length, and breadth. Depth comes from accumulation, length comes from persistence, and breadth comes from an open heart. We cannot choose our parents and siblings, nor can we easily choose our teachers, classmates, leaders, or colleagues. These relationships are all shaped by fate. Being able to interact and communicate with different kinds of people is a basic skill in life. Recognizing others' strengths, learning from them to improve ourselves, treating people with tolerance while being strict with ourselves, and allowing others to make mistakes and correct them are expressions of wisdom and compassion.
