On the road to success, we all encounter countless triumphs and setbacks. As my mother used to tell me from a young age, "If you fail, get back up from where you fell." I believe you are no different.
Looking back, certain blurred memories from my childhood come to mind. I remember when my mother was teaching me how to walk. I was quite clumsy, falling down after just a few steps. No matter how hard I tried to stand up, I would end up falling again. At that time, I found walking to be incredibly difficult and felt like giving up.
However, my mother never thought that way. She stayed by my side, cheering and clapping, telling me I was the best. Although the details have faded, I remember clearly that I eventually stood up from where I fell and learned to walk with great effort.
Years later, in my early school sports meets, I achieved nothing. Watching others receive awards filled me with a sense of injustice and envy. So, over the following months, I worked hard on my fitness and strengthened my body. Finally, during the sixth-grade sports meet, I secured my first place. In that moment, I truly felt the joy of success. I had finally risen from my failures and was no longer the person I used to be.
As the saying goes, "Failure is the mother of success." When you fail, you must rise from the place where you fell.
