There is a type of failure that is essentially a stepping stone to success. It is not like a penguin that has faced setbacks and can only stand by the shore, waiting impatiently for opportunity to arrive; instead, it is like a determined eagle that continues to soar and circle through wind and rain in search of its prey. It is not like a weakling who becomes a slave to failure and submits to the whims of fate, but like a brave individual who marches through thorns and grows through setbacks.

Throughout life, setbacks and failures are inevitable. However, as the saying goes, "failure breeds success." Failure itself is not the end; rather, one's attitude and actions following a failure are the true measures of success.

The concept of "those who handle failure well will never perish" means using a correct perspective to examine failure and using unwavering action to turn things around, thereby transforming failure into success.

King Goujian of Yue was a prime example of such a person. He was once defeated by the State of Wu and endured immense humiliation and hardship in enemy territory. Yet, upon returning home, he never forgot that shame. Through the arduous process of "strengthening the state and training the people for ten years," while practicing the strategy of "sleeping on brushwood and tasting gall," he learned from his mistakes and accumulated experience. Ultimately, he defeated the State of Wu, washed away the national shame, and turned his profound failure into a magnificent success.
