Just like boiling water, if you stop the fire before it boils, starting again will require extra effort.” One is born with nothing and leaves with nothing. The Buddha and the demon may exist only in a single thought. The key lies in the heart. All states of existence are created by the mind. When your heart turns toward evil, the door to hell opens; when your heart turns toward kindness, the door to heaven opens.
