As the year ends, withered flowers fall, and the city is draped in sorrow. Watching the withered petals scattered on the ground, my heart is filled with nothing but melancholy. Flowers bloom and fall just as they did in years past; life has passed in a daze for over twenty years. Looking back, through these blossoming years of joy and sorrow, of parting and reunion, my heart no longer feels intense joy or grief, leaving only a faint, fleeting sadness.
God said, "Let there be light," and so there was light! I turn off the lamp, yet cannot find the light; I pass by the moon, only to find that the place of brilliant moonlight is merely a massive rock!
