Be at peace with yourself, and happiness will follow. Pay respect to your life and circumstances; embrace them sincerely instead of resisting them. Make time for yourself so you don't become a stranger to your own soul. As you turn your gaze inward rather than outward, you will find your inner strength growing and your relationship with yourself improving. The better you relate to yourself, the happier you will be.
Whether joy or sorrow, all will eventually become past events. Life is full of ups and downs, and though we may forget many things in our busy lives, we must never forget our sincerity and conscience. No matter how poor or discouraged we feel, we should always remain sincere and kind to others. No matter how wealthy or successful we become, we must never lose our integrity. Not every devotion leads to a perfect ending, and not every encounter turns into a beautiful scenery.
When a flock of geese rests, one goose always stands guard, known as the "sentinel." They take turns, and at the slightest sign of danger, the sentinel cries out to warn the others. A hunter once tried to catch them several times without success. He then devised a plan: he would approach the flock and hide immediately after the sentinel cried out. After the flock escaped several times without realizing the trick, they turned their anger toward the sentinel and eventually pecked it. Such is the way of the world: the loyal are often misunderstood, and those misunderstood often struggle to persevere.
