The Eight Sufferings of Life: birth, aging, sickness, death, the suffering of not getting what one wants, the suffering of separation from loved ones, the suffering of being with those one dislikes, and the suffering of the five aggregates.
One day, we will realize that the first person we must learn to love is ourselves. At the end of every dead end, there is a sky from another dimension; when there is no way left, the miracle that forces you to soar is what truly matters.
You are destined to be who you are born to be. No matter how much you envy another life, it is not yours if it is not your own. Crying and envying are useless, and even trying to forcefully change yourself will yield nothing. We can only live the way our hearts truly accept. Therefore, believe this: The life you desire is the life you will eventually obtain.
Do not hesitate to accept what is meant for you.
On the journey toward our next destination, we often carry too many burdens, leading to exhaustion and stumbling steps. If we can let go of those seemingly important but unnecessary weights and learn to travel light, we can savor the flavors of life more leisurely and reach our destination with greater grace.
