Lies, whether sooner or later, will eventually be exposed. Facing the truth might result in temporary losses, but it brings peace of mind; conversely, once a habit of deception is formed, one may regret it for a lifetime and face constant obstacles.

There are essentially two types of smiles: one comes from the soul, while the other is driven by calculation.

In our spiritual practice, the word we encounter most often is "impermanence." Impermanence refers to the continuous change and dynamic nature of life. The unpredictability of the world is precisely what gives life true meaning. Everything, including our emotions, exists only for a certain period and is constantly changing. We should not let deep-seated stubbornness bind us, but instead, actively perceive the world and calmly embrace impermanence.

The world is unpredictable, and circumstances are hard to foresee. Perhaps in this life, there are always certain necessities and indescribable helplessnesss. How many people can truly detach themselves from distractions and act according to their conscience? Perhaps in a quiet afternoon, leaning into the scent of tea, one quietly questions the heart but dares not probe too deeply. At the crossroads of life, which step should one take to avoid a path of desolation?

To achieve a happy life, one needs to understand others, society, culture, and history. By being law-abiding, pursuing knowledge, and diligently performing one's professional duties, happiness will surely follow.

What is composure? Composure is a relaxed and leisurely mindset, characterized by calm and collected behavior. It is the absence of agitation and restlessness, and the avoidance of haste and panic. Composure means standing firm and staying focused on one's goals; it is moving steadily, step by step; and it is the confidence of being in control of all circumstances.
