Many people simply disappear as we walk through life, and no amount of chasing will bring them back. It is only later that we realize those who left did so to make room for others, ensuring they can coexist with us more comfortably. Therefore, there is no need to question those who depart; they, too, become the 'later people' in someone else's world.
I hold no special emotions, but rather a lingering attachment. I fold my hidden affection into a soaring kite. If this kite could possess a soul and transform into a bird, I imagine it would flap its loving wings, crossing vast seas to rest and knock upon your window. And at that moment, it would surely be the height of spring.
No one can claim to be flawless, and no one can prove they are an eternal victor. Yet, there are those who can confidently tell the world they are successful and resilient survivors. Their brilliance is enviable because they possess hope, and their inner strength has been refined through life's trials. Their IQ or EQ may not be exceptionally high, but their mindset is undeniably healthy, allowing them to learn how to strike back quickly amidst the storms of life.
In our encounters with every passerby in life, we should not expect proportional rewards or perfect outcomes. Instead, we should follow the will of heaven and accept the arrangements of fate. Once we have done our utmost and ensured no regrets remain, the outcome becomes the best explanation. At that stage, serenity is the finest attitude toward life.
Our parents raise us from childhood, yet many fail to show true gratitude. Conversely, a complete stranger who helps us once can be remembered for a lifetime. Those who do not understand gratitude lack the very essence of humanity.
