I. Ideological Aspects: Since enrolling in September 20xx, I have remained dedicated to my position, leading my classmates to achieve excellent results in various areas. Ideologically, I have actively applied for Party membership, sought personal growth, and established a sound outlook on life and moral values. I consistently keep up with the times, seriously studying the Party's work guidelines and correctly implementing its policies and strategies, while closely monitoring the development trends of the Party and the state, as well as domestic and international situations. While strictly requiring myself, I also continuously encourage and assist classmates around me, urging them to exercise daily. Additionally, I have organized and participated in various activities with a positive attitude, becoming a hub of spiritual strength in the class and playing a pivotal role.
II. Work Performance: During my first year, the Department Student Union publicly recruited student cadres and members. Among many candidates, I stood out and was ultimately selected as a member of the Nursing Department Living Department, while also serving as the sports committee member in my class. Throughout my year of service, I have always upheld the motto of "dedicating to the college and serving students," truly serving classmates and representing their legitimate rights and interests to contribute wholeheartedly to campus construction. In my work, I have been bold in innovation, enterprising in progress, and humble in learning from others, correcting mistakes promptly and accepting good suggestions while adhering to my principles. Facing the interests of the Student Union, I have consistently prioritized the interests of the school and the majority of students, never using public office for private gain. In the class, I actively participated in various college activities and organized classmates to participate in many meaningful sports events. Upon entering the first year, to promote mutual understanding and unity among classmates, I collaborated with the class to hold a tug-of-war competition. The event achieved its goal, not only improving class relations but also enlivening the atmosphere. Subsequently, I led the class students to participate in the big rope jump competition held by the college, achieving the second-best result in the entire college. Furthermore, in the second semester of the first year, to enhance the physical fitness of our classmates, I organized a 4*100 relay race in the class. Students not only participated enthusiastically but also laid a solid foundation for our class to achieve excellent results in the college sports meeting in May 20xx. In the sports meeting, our 4*100 relay team won third place, and the 4*400 relay team won sixth place. Our total points ranked sixth in the entire college. All of these achievements are the result of the unremitting efforts of myself and my classmates.
