Life is only a few decades long, flowing like water. We have passed through the innocent and naive childhood, experienced the vibrant and innocent adolescence, crossed the radical and passionate youth, and entered the calm and peaceful middle age. Looking back at the life path we have traveled, with its ups and downs, narrow and broad stretches, and winds and rains, it is no wonder that we feel a mixture of emotions and sigh deeply.
God loves you because He is like that, not because of what you have done or what you haven't done.
The secular world is vast, and we are all tiny, like dust in the air, so small that we can only be vaguely seen. However, life is not insignificant. Because of life, desolate dust comes alive; because of life, the world is colorful. The flourishing world of flowers and dust is itself a cup of poisoned wine; we always want to avoid it for safety, yet we are always drunk with pleasure. Fame and profit are themselves a nightmare; we always want to wake up from the dream.
Good habits of successful people: smile; possess a simple temperament; do not borrow money from friends; speak well of others behind their backs; when hearing someone speak ill of others, just smile; do not let people know everything about the past; respect those who do not like you; be unemotional towards matters but compassionate towards people; engage in more self-criticism; applaud for others; know how to be grateful; learn to listen; start sentences with "we" when speaking; talk less.
A famous scholar once said: "A person who only plans for themselves is not happy; happy people are those who also plan for the matters of others." A person with backbone, who does not seize things that do not belong to them, is essentially possessing a great fortune. In life, they will feel very relaxed and free.
Once, two people loved each other desperately, but the final ending was still me standing in the original place watching you walk away.
Learn tolerance, and let your life be free of worries. In the game of chess of life, there are gains and losses, advances and retreats. However, regardless of success or failure, as long as every step you take is serious, careful, and meaningful, then you are the winner. You never need to worry about others' evaluations; life is your own.
