Some people know how to cherish and manage their time, while others constantly feel that time is insufficient. They are busy all day long, yet their work is often disorganized. The underlying reason is that we do not know how to use time effectively.
Upon waking up in the morning, do not rush to start working immediately. Instead, sketch a blueprint for the day in your mind. List the tasks for the day, distinguishing between difficult and easy items, and consider the time required and the method for each. Once you have organized this in your mind, your work will flow more smoothly, and you can prevent omissions.
One cannot judge a person’s future success solely by their academic performance or behavior in childhood. Many successful individuals were not necessarily the smartest or top-performing students, but they were willing to work hard and possessed a positive, humble attitude, which ultimately led to their success.
There are many such examples. Unless we apply book knowledge to practical experience, book knowledge remains merely theoretical.
Military strategy emphasizes speed over slowness. Business is like a battlefield, and business competition also emphasizes gaining advantage through speed. If we hesitate when a strategic opportunity arises, our opponents will take the initiative against us. If we move first but act slowly, our opponents will gain the upper hand.
Human instinct is to approach people we like and admire, and to distance ourselves from those we dislike. However, life rarely offers complete freedom of choice. Due to various reasons, we often have to interact with people we dislike, or even our enemies. Learning to coexist and work with people we do not like is a crucial aspect of character. When encountering such individuals, or even those who are irrational, the key is to maintain a calm mindset. When necessary, one can even try to win them over, utilizing flexible and multi-faceted approaches.
