In every setback, if it results from a mistake, reflect promptly, as reflection is better than mere comparison. In every mountain climbed, strive to surpass it, gaining something and not letting down your persistence and sweat. If life can endure difficulties, one can endure the bitterness of life, accept setbacks, and bear loneliness. Only then will there be no regrets when looking back.
