All life experiences are essentially a process of tempering the soul. In this journey, we must learn various ways to navigate life: learn to be resolute, letting go of what must go and holding onto what should stay; learn to be strong, realizing that one can live beautifully even alone; learn to endure, knowing when to stay silent and when to remain quiet; learn to be content, truly understanding that Happiness comes from knowing when enough is enough; learn to forget, accepting that the past has passed and focusing on the present; learn to let go, releasing with grace and without dragging one's feet; and learn to be happier than before, facing the world with a smile even when feeling sad.
As the saying goes, people strive for heights, while water flows downward. Only by climbing higher can we see further; only with clear goals can we find the right direction in life. Life is not a long drama, so there is no need to make it overly tragic; love stories are worth remembering for a lifetime, but they need not be portrayed as excessively painful; friendship should be sincere, without excessive pretension.
Everyone should learn to travel light, for if the boat of life is overloaded, it risks running aground. One can live with peace and joy by not making excessive demands during meals and not being overly calculating while sleeping. Just as the stars shine brightly because the sun has set, our inner light often emerges from letting go. Even knowing that memories are like a prison and time like leaking sand, humans are naturally nostalgic and find it hard to fully let go. By not doing things that cause others to frown, we ensure there are no one who hates us in the world. Sometimes, silence is the best eloquence.
