Enjoy life, and do not waste time on unnecessary worries.

You and I only have this one lifetime; there is no next life. Even if there were one in the future, we would not recognize each other. As the Buddhist scriptures say, every cause planted in this life will be repaid in the next. A human life is one single passage through a thousand-year cycle, after which dust returns to dust and earth returns to earth. We are all passersby in the mortal world, cultivating virtue and living with integrity. Yellow earth buries only the virtuous, while the wicked never find rest for a thousand years. Have you ever heard such wonderful Buddhist teachings?

As you walk, look down at the insects; when forbidden, do not burn the mountains and forests.

If you devote one more ounce of strength to noticing others, you devote one less ounce to reflecting on yourself. Do you understand?

To understand a person, you only need to see if their starting point and destination are the same; then you will know if they are sincere.

What we seek, we shall find; what we avoid, will also avoid us. — Emerson

Life is a song, chanting the rhythm and melody of existence; Life is a road, extending the footprints and hopes of our journey; Life is a cup of wine, filled with the pureness and sorrow of the human experience; Life is a ball of hemp, interweaving the troubles and joys of life; Life is a picture, depicting the red, green, and blue of our experiences; Life is a fire, burning the aspirations and dreams of our lives.

Always remain full of hope for life, and face difficulties and tribulations with a smile.
