Only by correctly evaluating yourself can you acquire the ability to evaluate others. Before answering, think deeply: Are you deceiving others, or even yourself? People who think three times before acting rarely make mistakes. Attempting to convince someone who does not use their brain is a waste of effort. If you believe the entire world is wrong, there is a high probability that the error lies with you.
Decisive Action
Observe those who are ahead of you, analyze why they lead, and learn from their methods. Only busy people can get things done properly, while rigid people often only seek shortcuts. Hesitant people, even if they make a decision, find it difficult to carry it through to the end. Goodwill needs to be expressed through appropriate actions.
Firm Belief
Believe that you can do it, and you will eventually be able to do it. Constantly telling yourself a certain thing, even if it is not initially true, will eventually make you believe it.
Maintaining Alertness
Be vigilant around people who scare even dogs and children. Excessive alertness is as bad as insufficient alertness and can make one overly suspicious. Do not envy your neighbor's green fence; there might be more thorns than grass there. For those who constantly say "everyone else says...", ask who "everyone else" is, and you will often see them at a loss for words. When a stranger is overly eager to help you, be wary of their intentions.
Embracing Challenges
If you want to reach a higher level, provide others with more and better services that exceed their expectations. Strive to surpass your previous performance every time, and soon you will surpass those around you. Henry Ford once offered a reward of $25,000 for a method to save one screw and one nut on each car. If you can save 10 cents in every process of my factory, I will let you rise to the top. If you keep the status quo, what will happen in 10 years? Do not break anything until you are confident that you can do it better.
