When you miss someone, let yourself miss them wholeheartedly. Perhaps one day, you will no longer think of them with such intensity. On that day, you may find yourself missing the very feeling of missing someone so deeply. Similarly, when you love someone, love them fully and let them know how deeply you care. Maybe someday, as you grow older and have experienced enough pain, disappointment, and contemplation, you will no longer love someone with such burning passion.
In the journey of life, many people come and go, gather and part. Many stories grow long or short, proving right or wrong. Many emotions become sweet or bitter, accompanied by tears or laughter. As time flows and the years change, we leave memories, more or less; events leave impressions, deep or shallow; and emotions leave marks, strong or faint. Gradually, we come to understand the separations and reunions, the comings and goings, and the ups and downs of life.
The end of life is not when one has exhausted the mountains and rivers, nor when life ends, but at the moment one lets go of their burdens. When you truly let go, even if your life has been a drifting cloud over water, you can be as light as a gentle breeze, finding peace and tranquility.
