'Life is easy at home, but hard once you step outside.' The difficulty lies not in going out, but in how one lives at home. If one is accustomed to having clothes handed to them and food served, never touching any household chores, it is only natural that they struggle when independent. Regardless of how busy one's job is or how dedicated to their profession, basic life skills are essential. Those lacking independence are often joked about for asking to 'eat personally' at restaurants or 'use the restroom personally,' which is both a joke and a bitter reality. Therefore, one should not be overly pampered.
Regarding learning, there are four paths: First, learn from books. Dive deep into the text for understanding, yet step back to absorb the essence. Apply knowledge broadly and integrate it comprehensively; avoid rote memorization and rigid application. Second, learn through observation. Broaden your horizons and expand your mindset by enriching your experience. Pay attention to everything, for everywhere there is wisdom. Only by walking a thousand miles can your legs become strong. Third, learn through communication. Learning from experts is a shortcut that saves time and effort. Fourth, learn through practice. Truth comes from practice; knowledge gained from paper is shallow. To truly understand something, you must do it yourself.

Polishing one sword in ten years is already too slow; polishing ten swords in ten years is just right.
When facing life, fools sigh and retreat; the wise struggle and advance.
Regarding consumption, traditional views should be relaxed somewhat. Rather than aging without fun while hoarding savings, it is better to spend money during one's lifetime to savor the happiness of life. However, those with fashionable consumption habits should also be prudent, keeping some savings in reserve for emergencies.
Human emotions are complex and mysterious. Although Confucians tried to codify them with the Three Bonds and Five Constants, the respect of children for parents, the care of parents for children, the deep bond between siblings, the affection between lovers, and the mutual support between spouses mostly stem from nature and human instinct. Otherwise, where would the concept of 'true feelings' come from?
