People who encounter failure often sigh about the unfairness of fate. In reality, we have narrowly missed success many times, only to fail because we didn't persist a little longer. A lack of confidence is the greatest survival crisis for the weak. If we cannot step out of the shadow of inferiority, it will ultimately be ourselves who destroy us.
Changes in fate do not stem from our intense complaints or laments about life, but from our practical actions. Success gradually approaches us only when we have the courage to take the first step.
I have witnessed death with my own eyes, and the calmness before it filled me with a sense of dread. I admit that I am afraid of dying, fearing a sudden end caused by a fall or a strike. I still have so many things to do, so many goals to achieve, and so much of the world to enjoy. I believe most people share this same sentiment with me.
If we stop blindly comparing ourselves to others, we will find peace of mind. If we do not set our life goals too high, happiness will remain with us. If we stop obsessively pursuing perfection, we will stay away from pain. If we stop constantly criticizing ourselves, life will become more effortless. Life requires three attitudes: be indifferent to the past, cherish the present, and believe in the future.
In study, one must endure loneliness; in romance, one must withstand tests; in marriage, one must learn to maintain the relationship. Growth relies on gradual accumulation; success requires enduring hardship; character is forged through wind and rain; happiness is found in cherishing the moment; and worries are best left behind.
The world will not take pity on you. Unless you make the effort yourself, you will only see others laughing and rejoicing while you cry in silence.
My dear, it was because I failed to cherish and protect you that you quietly left my side. I was the one who buried our happiness and ruined my own life and future. If there were a next life, I would never act childishly in your arms again. Only now do I realize that I have become mature and steady, but you are gone forever.
If a person deceives even their own friends, they are essentially ruining their own life. Please remember: those who are deceived by you are people who trust you. And such trust, like in the story of 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf,' is not something that can be wasted many times.
