This is a grand stage for showcasing talent. Since joining the work team, everyone from the section leaders to the veteran craftsmen has encouraged us to show our youthful energy, express ourselves, and adapt quickly. On this day, I learned about our Team Leader Li. After being awarded the title of Advanced Producer by the Railway Bureau for two consecutive years, he received strict criticism from his superiors due to a vehicle vibration incident on a station branch line. Although this incident brought him to tears, he did not lose heart. Instead, he led his team members to work diligently and head down. Within one year, they ensured safe production, stabilized the team, and their equipment quality ranked among the top in the workshop's evaluations. A year later, not only was he personally awarded the title of Advanced Worker by the Bureau, but the Xiaoqinghe Work Area was also designated as an Advanced Team. Team Leader Li's experience taught me that Only those who can handle setbacks are capable of taking on major responsibilities. That day, we lost track of time and read through all 10 issues of the "Xianggong Information Report" and five culture books of the Xiangyang Railway Maintenance Section that Team Leader Li had gathered for us.
