Having witnessed all aspects of life, one still finds that honesty is the most valuable; having experienced the ups and downs of life, one realizes that sincerity is the most beautiful. Life is like a mirror, reflecting either kindness and honesty or cunning and hypocrisy, depending on the individual; life is also like a book, recording either sincere interactions or false pretenses, leaving different marks for different people. Despite the years of wind and rain and the drifting of time, even if it is bitter and tiring, we still firmly believe that honesty is the most beautiful quality.
In interpersonal interactions, the measure of words is crucial. The way politicians survive often lies in strategic language: one may not lie, but one need not reveal every truth without reservation. Words swing like a pendulum, moving with the momentum. Often, what is left unsaid holds more significance than what is spoken.
The path of life is not always smooth; those who embrace fate with a sense of ease find tranquility. "Suiyuan" (going with the flow) is not passive resignation, but a form of freedom and progress, the behavior of the wise, not the excuse of the foolish. "Sui" is not blind following, but going with nature: no resentment, no impatience, no excess, and no forced demands. It is not casual indifference, but grasping opportunities without pessimism, rigidity, panic, or losing oneself. Suiyuan is a maturity in life, a sudden enlightenment after looking deeply, and a way to face life with an open-minded and relaxed attitude.
Everyone has their own thoughts and ways of thinking. The key is to find a life goal that truly suits you and strive for it. As long as the direction is correct and you give your full effort, your heart will have no regrets, regardless of the final outcome.
When facing emotions, we need to see and accept ourselves. Acknowledge the pain of being betrayed or deceived, and then let go of the attachment to that emotional state. Emotions are like flowing water; they come and go. There is no need to hide, suppress, or deny them. We simply need to learn to "allow" their presence, thereby gaining inner peace and freedom.
