A radio station once invited a business genius as a guest, and the audience was eager to hear his secrets to success. However, he simply smiled faintly and proposed a test: "Imagine a gold mine has been discovered, and people are flocking towards it. But a wide river blocks the only path. What would you do?" Some suggested taking a detour, while others proposed swimming across. The business genius smiled silently. Finally, he asked, "Why must everyone go there to mine gold? Why not run a ferry business instead?" Everyone was stunned. He continued, "If there is gold ahead, people will be willing to do almost anything, even if they are left with nothing but their shorts, just to get there."
Doing what others are unwilling to do and what others have not done is the true path to success. In the eyes of a wise person, difficulties often represent hidden opportunities.
