I have always believed that people in the world generally fall into two categories: the majority are ordinary and blend into the crowd; however, there is another group who, upon close interaction, reveal a special aura, like luminous bodies. That light may come from their beliefs or perseverance, or perhaps from their thoughts and experiences. The secret to a beautiful life is to spend as much time as possible with these "luminous" people and to strive to become a source of light yourself.
Life is a rhythm of advancement and retreat; we should not easily expose our inner vulnerability. While time may stay young, we gradually grow older. When that happens, you will realize that retaining a childlike heart is something worth being proud of. Instead of cursing the darkness, quietly light a candle. Because no one in this world can give you light except yourself. When you succeed, everything you say is right, because people only see your glory on stage and the halo above your head. However, when you have not yet succeeded, no explanation is convincing, because people tend to believe what they see with their own eyes. So, let us work hard with our heads down and not waste time on explanations. Without grievance, there is no growth; without setbacks, there is no success.
Life has its ups and downs, but no matter what we lose, we must not lose our mood. Pain that can be spoken is not true suffering; the pain that cannot be expressed is the real agony. Hold the greatest hope, make the greatest effort, make the worst plan, and maintain the best mindset. Remember what should be remembered, forget what should be forgotten; change what can be changed, and accept what is already a fact. The sun is new every day, and every day is a beautiful day worth cherishing.

You only become sensitive when your frequency matches and your magnetic fields align. The reason other people's words ignite you is because you happen to be the fuel. The reason our emotions are controlled by external circumstances is that there is such flammable material deep within our hearts.
