Good deeds bring good rewards, and evil deeds bring evil consequences. If the consequence has not yet appeared, it is simply that the time has not arrived.
Be strict with yourself and tolerant towards others.
Having the capacity to love means not only being loved, but also actively loving others and the world. Having things to do makes every day fulfilling; matters are not judged by size, but by whether one loves doing them. Maintain expectations, and life will be full of hope. People should not fear being humble, but rather fear losing hope.
Another method is to bring your attention back to the present moment. If you observe your thoughts, you will find that what you are thinking about is usually in the past or the future, rarely focused on the here and now.
Sometimes I feel inexplicably irritable, sometimes I don't want to speak, and sometimes I feel down, just wanting to be alone quietly, ignoring everyone and everything. Perhaps the world is too oppressive, or perhaps we have been tainted by too much vanity, and we can never face our current life with ease. I only hope that when I am feeling lost, someone will be able to say to me, "Don't be afraid, I am here."
Life has its ups and downs. Since you do not get excited about water vapor rising, why should you be sad about the rain? We often want to gather with old friends, but always say "we'll find a chance"; we often want to hug our grown children, but always wait for "the right time"; we often want to write to long-lost friends to express deep affection or admiration, but always tell ourselves "it's not urgent." In fact, every time we open our eyes in the morning, we should tell ourselves that this is a "special day." Every day and every minute is precious; "in the future" and "someday" should not exist in our dictionary.
