Either endure, be ruthless, stay, or leave. Life has its advances and retreats; no matter what you lose, never lose your mood.
One must learn to endure loneliness in life. Occasional solitude acts as a tonic for clarity, helping you face the noisy world better. When a person regards loneliness as a beautiful appointment in life and faces it with a calm and composed mindset, true loneliness ceases to exist. If you can learn to walk out of loneliness and regulate your life to be flavorful, you will surely be a happy person.
We feel mentally exhausted because we often waver between persistence and giving up, hesitating to make a decision; we feel confused because we tend to view things pessimistically and cannot extricate ourselves; we are unhappy not because we have too little, but because we desire too much; we suffer because our memory is too good, retaining both what should be remembered and what should be forgotten. In short, human troubles stem from: inability to let go, inability to open up one's mind, inability to see through things, and inability to forget.
Slanting light illuminates the village, cattle and sheep return through secluded lanes. An old villager thinks of his shepherd boy, leaning on his staff waiting by the thorn gate. Pheasants cry as the wheat shoots grow, silkworms sleep as mulberry leaves thin out. A field hand arrives carrying a hoe, they meet and speak affectionately. Envious of this free and easy life, I gladly sing the 'Song of the Decline.'
