1. Always be grateful to those who bring you adversity.
2. Do not constantly harbor dissatisfaction with others; instead, constantly reflect upon yourself. Dissatisfaction with others only brings suffering to yourself.
3. When you are happy, remember that happiness is not eternal. When you are in pain, remember that pain is not eternal either.
4. The arrogant can be saved, but the self-deprecating are beyond help.
5. Only by knowing, conquering, and changing yourself can you change others.
6. When interacting with anyone, ask yourself: "How can I be of use to them?" If you cannot benefit others through your morality, knowledge, or spiritual cultivation, it is as if you owe a debt.
7. If one cannot forgive others from the heart, one will never find true peace of mind.
8. Without experiencing suffering, it is difficult to empathize with others. To learn the spirit of saving others from suffering, one must first endure suffering themselves.
9. Those with insufficient blessings are often embroiled in disputes; those with abundant blessings are never disturbed by them.
10. Do not waste your life on things you will inevitably regret.
11. Many, when leaving this world, say the same thing: "How helpless and desolate this world is!"
12. This world is inherently full of suffering, without exception.
13. Those whose minds are filled with their own opinions and ideas can never hear the voices of others.
14. Love is not a charity to be casually bestowed. Emotions follow no formula, principle, or logic, yet people persist in their obsession and pursuit until death.
15. Much of our lives is wasted on the trivialities of language and words.
16. To be able to speak but unable to act is not true wisdom.
17. Others may violate karma; they may harm, strike, or slander us. But we must not hate them in return. Why? Because we must preserve our original nature and maintain a pure heart.

23. To acknowledge one's greatness is also to acknowledge one's folly.
24. There is no need to look back at those who curse you. If a mad dog bites you, would you lie down to bite it back?

29. Do not constantly feel wronged. Instead, think: "They have already treated me quite well," and treat this as a lesson in spiritual practice.
30. Please express your dissatisfaction and grievances with compassion and a gentle attitude, so that others can more easily accept them.
31. Envying others brings no benefit to yourself and cannot diminish their achievements.
32. To be aware of your confusion is pitiable, but to be unaware of it is the most pitiable of all.
33. Never waste a single moment thinking about people you do not like.
