14. Bodhidharma said: "Do not plan for the future, do not worry about the past, and do not cling to the present. Be at peace whether walking or sitting, whether in poverty or in wealth. Remain undisturbed by favor or disgrace, watching the flowers bloom and fall in the courtyard; be indifferent to staying or leaving, watching the clouds roll and unroll in the sky. This is true liberation." When the heart is at peace, one can live without shame. From a day to a year, from a year to a lifetime, live steadily, feeling tranquility in every moment, living amidst the utmost truth, goodness, and beauty—this is the highest happiness in life.
15. To know the ways of the world without becoming cynical is the kindest form of maturity. Time settles everything, and some people will gradually fade from your heart. Learn to let go, for your happiness must be fulfilled by yourself.
16. The bright moon over the Twenty-Four Bridges and the old stories of the ancient capital are shrouded in the misty rain of Jiangnan, remaining beautiful in poems and intoxicating in lyrical verses for thousands of years.
17. Here, the endless, undulating grains of sand are the true masters of the earth; humans are merely tiny pebbles mixed within the sand.
18. Do not promise what you are unsure of; breaking one's word is more serious than being unkind.
19. Do not say "forever" to me; "forever" is not the tomorrow I desire.
20. I have often intended to strive, yet I find myself wasting entire days on my phone, becoming increasingly numb. Seeing those more capable than me still striving and those in harder situations still fighting, I realize I must also push myself.
21. Life will not always satisfy us in every aspect, but we must continue to live with passion. There is so much worth loving in this life; do not lose heart because of one disappointment.
22. I am an ordinary person, yet I stubbornly wish to live an extraordinary life.
23. Accept gains and losses as they come, and adapt to circumstances. Life is a journey, and the act of walking is the process itself; fatigue and weariness are inevitable companions. Life is your own canvas—why let others color it? When one clears away old habits and thoughts, opening the space of the soul to discover, to experience, and to accept joyfully.
24. Amidst the chaotic world, fighting emotional demons; shadows fade as promises wither like moonlight. Pity the heart's tears, reflecting the moon, as if swallowing regret and falling into reincarnation; long meetings and late returns, seeking meaning only to have dreams shattered; the waters of forgetting, why not stay? Obsessive thoughts burden the beloved; chasing the shores, tasting the soul's bitterness, blood-crying against heaven and earth in regret, proudly breaking through the universe in drunken serenity.
25. What humanity fears in the subconscious is not physical death, but the dread of the realization that one might have never truly lived in this world.
26. Life is long and paths are many; I only wish you follow this path of the heart, for it leads toward home.
