1. Life is like the tide, ebbing and flowing; amidst sighs, there is always disappointment, and in the unseen, there is always wandering. A lost gaze cannot see the shifting clouds, and a hazy mind cannot find the blooming flowers. We lament our misfortune and the tribulations of fate, forgetting that human effort can overcome destiny. Life is short; why dwell in self-pity and regret? Give yourself a smile, a bit of confidence, a sense of calmness, and a peaceful spirit, letting go of both honor and disgrace.
2. Learn to find joy and happiness in your work, and learn to spread that joy and happiness to others.
3. Everyone must inevitably endure grievances; no one can always hold their head high. The road of life is not easy to walk; one must know when to bow and when to yield. Only by being able to bend and stretch can one's heart become resilient. Only by enduring grievances can one achieve greatness and truly defend one's dignity. If one explodes like a firecracker at the slightest provocation or breaks like dry grass, that is not protecting self-esteem, but degrading one's own value.
4. True light is not the absence of dark nights; as long as there is a lamp in the soul, the light in the heart will never be extinguished. We are not without humility in life; as long as we stand tall amidst humility, we can protect the dignity at the edges of our lowliness. We travel through the depths of time and the weight of space; only by daring to face and challenge ourselves, focusing on our journey, can we let our dreams reach the shore one day.
5. Life is a form of endurance. The beauty or ugliness, good or bad, lies only in one's own inner feelings. It is not that life gives us many troubles or society gives us much pressure, but rather the many selfish thoughts and distractions within our own hearts. Many things can be resolved by enduring or yielding; there is no need to be uncompromising. Life is a hundred-year dream; if we look at it lightly, with openness and composure, life will become much easier.
6. Use your heart, do not let your heart be troubled or anxious. When the mind is lost, there is suffering; when the mind is enlightened, there is freedom. A kind heart is heaven, and an evil heart is hell. If one's concept is incorrect, one cannot conduct one's business properly; if concepts are biased, actions will be wrong. One must learn to remain unshakable despite the trials of those around them and learn to maintain inner peace amidst movement.
7. Over the years, having experienced the warmth and coldness of human relationships and tasted the bitterness and sweetness of life, I have become mature and strong! Security can only be given by oneself, so one must work hard to be the best version of oneself and live the life one loves! Do what must be done, walk the path that must be taken, and do not shrink or waver. No matter how difficult it is, tell yourself: even making a little progress every day is better than staying in the same place!
8. The present is a limited edition. Today's gains and losses, joys and sorrows, will not be the same tomorrow. All we can do is make every minute of the present happy and meaningful, without needing to look at the eyes of others or go against our own will to dress up as someone else. The outside world does not interact with you much; do not wear yourself out. Whether depicting future scenes or recalling past scars, the only thing that will accompany you forever is your own shadow.
9. Only true inner peace can lead to real tranquility. A calm mind is not a stagnant pool, but a peaceful sea harboring new waves. A calm mind is not a motionless stone, but a tree growing silently into a vast, towering presence. At many crossroads where reality and illusion meet, I have encountered different people who have moved me in different ways. Those unique landscapes, though some were brief, are enough to be remembered.
10. Society is a realm that complicates human nature. Of course, no one can live completely detached from society, but no one must sacrifice their spiritual life for it. For those with strong spiritual instincts, limiting social interaction and simplifying social relationships comes naturally. Because of this, they can transcend societal barriers and move toward great spiritual goals.
11. In life, you will encounter unpleasant things and disagreeable people. If you do not learn to forgive, you will live in pain and exhaustion. Forgiveness is a form of grace and sentiment; it is like an umbrella that helps you walk through a rainy season. Learn to forgive, and let happiness be paramount.
12. Most unhappy people underestimate what they possess and overestimate what others have. Therefore, when things are not going your way, do not dwell in sadness; instead, think about the days filled with laughter.
13. In this world that views looking back as weakness and shame, no matter how far you walk, you will never reach the "forever" you desire. No matter how close you get, you can never return to the dream you wanted. Humans are creatures enslaved by inner regrets and aspirations, caught on the one-way street of life, unable to go far and unable to go back.
14. Walking the path that everyone chooses is the safest, yet one often encounters traffic jams.
15. Where wisdom might lead to ruin for one person, two people together can find salvation.
16. A leader: seasoned in the world, daring to make decisions and stand their ground.
17. Self-reflect: if there are faults, correct them; if there are none, strive to improve.
18. Life is like a chess game; gains and losses are natural, so there is no need to worry about being lost or gained. Time passes like flowing water, coming and going in haste; one should cherish every second.
19. Life is a road; we needn't expect it to be smooth. The more bumps on the road, the more the value of life shines.
20. There are two precious things in life: beauty and truth. I found beauty in the heart of a lover, and truth in the hands of a laborer.
21. Life is short, but there is joy within the hardship, as long as you are good at savoring its flavors.
22. Life is like a song; one can approach it with grace and composure.
