1. Choose your partners, lovers, and friends wisely, for your time is far too precious to waste. A person's struggle should not be derailed by investing effort in the wrong people or things.
2. Do not complain about your fate or blame others for your misfortunes. Whether you inhabit a world filled with love and gratitude or one full of discontent and pain depends entirely on your mindset.
3. Life is like a dream; nothing can be possessed forever. Eventually, we must part with everything we once held dear. No matter how beautiful the past was, it will eventually become a memory; even if what we gain is not as expected, it is a gift from heaven. By facing all experiences calmly, treating gains and losses with equanimity, and finding joy in small, real satisfactions, we can make every day joyful.
4. The most beautiful things in life are often free, while the next best things can be quite expensive. Love your life. Life is a grand stage: facing what must be faced is a baptism of the soul; striving for what belongs to you is a law of survival; and cherishing what should be cherished is a sign of respect for both others and yourself.
5. Be a wise person: If you were not born into wealth, do not attempt to emulate the melancholies of the elite. You carry the weight of family and life; you must strive to change your destiny instead of wasting time on complaints. Do not compare yourself to fictional characters; only by being internally strong can you face reality with composure.
6. 红尘三千丈,念在山水间. Life is not always smooth. Sometimes we let go because of love, and remain silent because of that letting go; sometimes, a moment of understanding brings peace. Perhaps it is the stormy days that carry the weight of life, while the calm days are meant for quiet reflection.
7. Yesterday has passed, and tomorrow has not yet arrived; only today is real. Why lose your present happiness to the regrets of the past? While occasional venting is necessary, endless complaining only breeds negativity and displays incompetence, potentially bringing misfortune to those around you.
8. Much like a tender leaf plucked in the early morning, after many processes, it may lose its initial luster and suppleness, curling in a dark, sealed box to await its destiny, reflecting the silent transformations of life.
9. There is no need to force others to understand you. "知我者为我分忧,不知我者谓我何求!" Tears cannot solve any problems; they only bring noise. We can be moved by many things, but we should not let ourselves weep uncontrollably, lest we lose ourselves to overwhelming emotion.
10. All achievements, whether in business, academia, or the spiritual realm, are the results of being guided by correct thinking. They are governed by the same laws and utilize the same methods; the only difference lies in the goals being pursued.
