Emotions can hurt, and people can experience heartbreak; emotions are interconnected with the heart, and the heart is bound by emotion. Whether man or woman, everyone yearns for true feeling; whether adult or child, everyone expects sincerity. When moved by emotion, a woman becomes mindful, a man may weep, a child may get angry, and an adult may shed tears. One should be sincere in dealing with people and matters. To hurt others is to hurt oneself; to hurt feelings is to hurt the heart. Honesty and kindness remain eternal virtues in life. On our journey, we will encounter many people and experience many emotions—some bring joy, while others bring sorrow.
Where there is hope, there is also disappointment. Growing up means understanding that life inevitably involves countless small disappointments, both toward others and oneself. However, no matter what, do not let these trifles crush the hope within your heart. Do not be too hard on yourself, and do not be too demanding of the one who loves you deeply; they, like you, are only human.
Young people should realize that in any endeavor, one must have a clear goal and focus all energy on it to achieve success. As Dostoevsky said: "同时追赶两只兔子,将会一无所获." A cheetah is a master hunter because it always locks onto a single, clear target before an attack. Clearly, having multiple or competing goals is not conducive to success; a single, well-defined goal is the key to success.
Respecting employees is a fundamental requirement of humanistic management. Only when their individual identities are respected will they feel truly valued and motivated. This encourages them to work from the heart, align themselves with management, communicate proactively, and contribute wholeheartedly to the team's honor.
Gradually, one realizes that life itself is a matter of destiny. What you deliberately pursue may not be attained, and what you strive for may not be acquired. The brilliance and glory of life often arrive through unexpected encounters. All we can do is give our utmost effort. To gain is a blessing, and to not gain is also a blessing. Through dedication, we find fulfillment; through effort, we find progress. Gain and loss are merely states of mind; life is a matter of fate, so live without regrets.
