Life needs balance, and happiness comes from perception. If we desire too much, the heart will become overgrown with weeds, obscuring what is originally beautiful. Do not refuse to step into spring just because there is no sunshine, nor give up your pursuit because there is no song, nor abandon your ideals because there is no applause. Every path toward light is inevitably filled with hardships.
Busyness itself is a kind of happiness, allowing us no time to dwell in pain; wandering and striving bring joy, helping us truly experience life; fatigue is also an experience, freeing us from emptiness. The worst kind of person is like a peach—sweet on the outside but hollow and hard within. The best is like a coconut, with a tough shell that withstands storms and a clear, transparent heart.
Meetings do not need to happen in seasons of blooming flowers; such moments often carry immaturity and haste. In the shifting years, the true colors of human nature are easily worn away, and the brilliance of first encounters gradually fades, leaving a faint sense of sorrow. The superficial prosperity, worn down by life, slowly fades and can no longer carry the long-accumulated confusion within, turning once-intense emotions into subtle melancholy.
