There was a time when one believed heaven was indifferent, or that past efforts were insufficient, resulting in a life without close friends or kindred spirits. In moments of disappointment and pain, the heart gradually closed itself off, becoming almost frozen. With no better way forward, one turns to the internet for solace, expressing emotions through words and releasing long-suppressed feelings. Whether anyone understands or not, whether anyone reads or not, as long as the inner sorrow is relieved, that is enough.

Negative emotions can seriously harm both body and mind, so one should strive to understand and let go of difficulties. Learn to forgive others and do not punish yourself for their mistakes. Letting go of hurt reduces unnecessary burden. Try to respond with understanding and compassion rather than hatred. Life is a mix of joy and sorrow; one should stay away from negativity and do more things that benefit oneself, others, and society. With an open heart, a far-reaching vision, compassion, and wisdom, one can attain inner peace.
