Jian Guangxing, a resident of Hongyuan Village, was once a 'coal boss' but has now successfully transitioned into a family farm owner.

This shift in mindset stems from long-term awareness campaigns in the local area. Su Jiangfeng, the first secretary stationed in Hongyuan Village, noted that by using specific successful examples, they have guided more people to recognize the need for sustainable development and transition toward greener industries.
Following this change in perspective, and with government support, Jian invested over 2 million yuan to lease more than 10 mu of land to cultivate high-quality grapes and passion fruit. Within a few years, his farm expanded to 50 mu, and he now plans to develop leisure and sightseeing agriculture.

据了解，这种观念的转变得益于当地长期的宣传引导。洪源村驻村第一书记苏江锋表示，通过分享转型案例，让越来越多的从业者认识到生态保护的重要性，从而引导他们转向绿色发展道路。
观念转变后的简光星，在政府的帮助下，投资200多万元承包了10多亩土地，种植优质葡萄和百香果。几年后，他的农场已扩大至50亩，并计划进一步发展休闲观光农业。
除了种植葡萄和百香果，简光星还开展了莴笋的立体化种植，并取得了成功。“目前，葡萄、百香果等水果的亩产量可达1500余公斤，总利润达三四十万元。”
