If life is peaceful, nourish your body and mind; if life is dark, gain more experience. The greatest confusion in life is not that no one understands you, but that you do not understand yourself. Deciduous trees can withstand the harsh ice and snow because they know how to protect their roots well. To protect the roots, they unsparingly scatter their leaves onto the ground.
