Everyone must undergo trials to reach the life they desire. Aside from self-salvation, no one can truly help you on your journey; therefore, no matter how difficult life becomes, you must remain brave and persistent.
Life is like the tides, rising and falling; wealth is like a train, entering and exiting; yesterday is like a landscape, seen and forgotten; time is like a passerby, stopping and leaving; marriage is like tea, varying in strength; career is like a slope, ascending and descending; business is like a funnel, gaining and losing; and blessings are like a text message, seen and smiled at.
Life is not meant for comparison, but for fulfillment. What we truly need is to continuously sow and reap throughout the journey. Life does not have to be a constant race against time. When you feel lost, stop and organize your thoughts. Only by finding your true self can your life become truly full.
Calmness is not about being indifferent or unmotivated; it is the composure and subtlety gained through the trials of time. Calmness is not about despising or ignoring everything; it is the serenity and detachment after experiencing the changes of the world. A calm person treats life well, remaining steady without losing passion; a calm person handles affairs with composure, remaining peaceful without losing joy. A calm life, even after experiencing many vicissitudes, still presents a beautiful and graceful adaptability to circumstances.
If possible, be a sunflower—even if your heart is cloudy, keep your face turned toward the sun.
