We often cannot change how others see us; the only thing we can truly change is ourselves. A difficult life is not caused by others' sins, but by our own deteriorating mindset. The key to a better life lies within ourselves. By letting go of resentment and sighs, a beautiful life becomes attainable. Instead of waiting for others to improve our circumstances, we must take charge of our own lives.
In our lives, approximately 90% of things are good, while only 10% are bad. If you seek happiness, focus your spirit on that 90%. If you seek worry and exhaustion, pour your energy into the 10% of bad things.
When a relationship ends, you might run away in tears, looking back to see if they are watching. But as you run, you eventually distance yourself—no longer crying, no longer looking back. You are running for yourself. Every heartbreak and every tear makes you stronger. When you become truly excellent, you will be worthy of an even better future.
