For instance, some people avoid seasoned dishes like scallions, ginger, or garlic from childhood, a preference that persists into adulthood; others have a habit of sleeping on their stomachs from a young age, maintaining this position well into maturity. While these lifestyle habits generally have no negative impact on oneself or others, some habits are detrimental. They not only hinder personal progress but can also lead to significant setbacks in life. Based on observation, I have identified several habits below. Consider whether they are affecting your life, studies, or work.
Procrastination. If asked to arrive at ten, they will surely show up at ten-thirty. A task that should take three days often takes four and a half. It is unclear whether this stems from poor ability or a lack of time awareness. Such individuals often lack clear goals and let time slip away aimlessly.
