In this era, interpersonal relationships are mostly driven by interests and goals rather than the inherent nature of individuals, which makes them feel incredibly tedious. It is not easy to meet someone who brings genuine joy to one's life.
I have always wondered which of these—emotion and sex, betrayal and belonging, indulgence and security, confinement and escape—comes closer to the essence of love. Through repeated testing and persistent inquiry, I seek to understand why we cannot exist alone in this world, yet cannot truly love others. I do not know what love is, but I hope to find evidence, a more powerful and definitive conclusion.
A person's journey in life has its limits. Even with abundant time and wealth, one cannot wander aimlessly. Every destination requires a purpose. A journey without a goal leads to bewilderment, for losing sight of the goal means losing control and constraint over one's actions.
Writing is the act of constructing a world; it is an opportunity for spiritual rebirth and a way to pass the time. Through writing, we observe and settle the contents of our memories, allowing them to unfold and flow once more. Reflection grants us double the time. One can rearrange life in a creative way, observing it inside and out: what has been gained, lost, felt, seen, and thought. Digging all these out from the rushing river of time, making them transcend the flow into eternal clarity.
