People often say that time changes everything, but in reality, you must make the effort to change yourself rather than passively waiting for time to do it. After witnessing the splendor of life, one realizes that simplicity is the most authentic. Life is only understood through experience, and only through understanding do we learn to cherish. Since no one is a sage, who is without fault? By viewing everything lightly, all troubles become fleeting clouds. If there is something you truly cannot forget, quietly treasure it in the deepest part of your heart, hidden in a place untouched by the dust of time.
If you are unsure of your next step, focus on doing the task at hand well. Everything you endure now is the result of your past intentions; everything you possess in the future is born from your actions today. Wherever and whenever you may be, learn to walk independently; it will make your journey more composed. Instead of passively escaping, face life with courage, for life will ultimately find a good end.
Turning the page of time, it fades into the past; sprinkling ink on paper, it blurs into memory. Although the road to the ends of the earth is long, I still let a smile moisten the tip of the brush as I turn around. I record this as a chance encounter, yet I am unwilling to title it a parting. For an encounter is romantic, while a parting is too sorrowful. Life is short; on the road, it is better to remember the romance than to etch sorrow.
In the contemporary world, a company only needs one sufficiently long board of strength and a manager with the consciousness of a 'complete bucket.' By cooperating, they can fill in their own short boards.
