Right view and understanding in life refer to the wisdom that helps us cut through suffering and afflictions. Guided by this perspective, we adjust our attitude toward the world, our approach to life, and our conduct. We shift from being narrow, rigid, and riddled with conflicts to being broad, gentle, and harmonious. We move from causing no harm to ourselves, others, and all sentient beings to actively helping and benefiting them. Ultimately, we transition from suffering to peace, and from the cycle of samsara to liberation.

Aspiration drives a person to keep striving, offers hope, and fills every day with passion and joy. Young people should establish feasible goals as early as possible and strive to achieve them with full effort; their lives will thus become meaningful.
Every person in this world is a unique miracle, the greatest creation of nature. As long as we recognize our own value, overcome feelings of inferiority, and unleash our potential, we will certainly become confident and outstanding, eventually achieving success.

When the mind is no longer veiled by hatred, when all things become a passing smoke, the whole person feels light. By forgiving others, we also save ourselves.
Realizing that one is an independent individual sometimes requires suffering as a price. What a valuable yet costly quality this is! Thank your opponents; they are the ones who have honed you to be so skilled. The shadows looming over our hearts may not come from outside; perhaps we ourselves are blocking the ray of sunlight that was meant to shine on us.
