Friends who constantly hover around you, bringing small moments of joy, are not necessarily true friends. Those who seem distant but actually care for you constantly, who do not fawn over you when you are happy, but silently help you when you are in need, are the real ones.
I firmly believe that everything has a cause and effect. Good deeds are rewarded with good, and evil deeds are punished with evil. If the retribution has not yet manifested, it is merely because the time has not arrived. Therefore, when I encounter people who hate, envy, slander, or even harm me, I have no desire to retaliate in kind. I believe that "self-made karma cannot be avoided"; since natural karma exists, why should I harm them? I simply pity their deep karma and shallow virtuous roots, feeling ashamed that my virtue is not great enough to influence or save them.

Fate is destined by heaven, encounterable but not seekable. If we meet, we must cherish the moment. Whether online or in real life, treat friends with sincerity. Only by exchanging hearts can relationships last, and only by treating friends with honesty can we maintain connections. Life is short and endless in its transience; do not let regret linger in the world or accompany you.
