We often assume that a person is a container, holding both happiness and sorrow. However, a person is not a container, but a conduit. Happiness flows through, sorrow flows through; the conduit remains a conduit. Various emotions pass through continuously until death, when the conduit finally becomes empty.

The pursuit of perfection makes life exhausting. Yet, this world is composed of dualities: half heaven and half earth, half male and half female, half good and half evil, half purity and half impurity. Unfortunately, when you demand perfection and refuse to accept the imperfect half, it is not because the world is imperfect or fate is unfair, but because a flaw exists within your own heart. Learning to be inclusive allows you to possess a complete world.

Anything that is missed is never truly the best. Sometimes, despite our reluctance, reality forces us to yield; sometimes, despite the struggle, we refuse to let go out of sheer unwillingness. One must cultivate a heart of tranquility, patience, tolerance, and detachment, learning to smile at blooming flowers and quietly appreciate falling leaves, living in harmony with destiny.

Being belittled or despised can also be a blessing. If you are unwilling to accept such treatment, you must work a hundredfold harder, establishing yourself through achievements that far surpass others to silence the arrogant. This is the essence of benefiting from criticism: the key lies in continuous self-improvement and moving forward with determination.

Even if a flower is tinged with the dust of the mortal world, it remains serene, beautiful, elegant, and charming. Merely thinking of it allows a heart weathered by life to be immersed in a warm and irresistible love.
