Otherwise, one may find themselves with no choice but to crash against a brick wall.

In truth, we cannot force ourselves into a state of no-thought; The fruit of meditation is not the absence of thought, but being no longer disturbed by it.
A beautiful countenance does not guarantee a beautiful soul. One should never judge solely by appearances; a rough shell can nurture a smooth pearl. To act with deliberation and understand the bigger picture is the fundamental essence of conducting oneself in the world.
