Common sense tells us that things that sting the eyes should not be looked at, things with insect eggs should not be eaten, things that look pleasing should not be obsessively clung to, and frustrations should not be suppressed. Life wisdom, however, teaches us that wealth should not be flaunted, worldly troubles should not consume us, malice should not reside in our hearts, and character must never be compromised.
An extraordinary life is the product of dreams. It can be said that the higher the dream, the richer the life and the more remarkable the achievements. Conversely, the smaller the dream, the less potential one has for growth. As the saying goes, "The higher the expectation, the greater the possibility of achieving it."
Human beings are like these tea leaves: initially dry and seemingly lifeless, they only begin to float and unfold when hot water is poured over them. As time passes, they slowly settle, leaving behind only a silent shade of green and a full heart.
In life, one must possess the resilience to endure lies, the composure to withstand deception, the magnanimity to let go of unkept promises, and the breadth of mind to release all attachments, ultimately masking fallen tears with a smile. It is better to fall countless times while running than to walk timidly and rigidly for a lifetime.
Step back when facing conflicts, and make concessions in your interactions with others. Do not let your ego become too high or your temper too fierce; there is always someone better out there, and hidden depths exist everywhere. The wise observe and listen more to gather wisdom, while the foolish often remain self-centered. Since none of us are saints, we should embrace our talents, use diligence to overcome shortcomings, smile at the rise and fall of prosperity, and simply strive to live happily.
